When Akmal Print House, popularly known as APH, approached IT LINK, they were in the middle of a major business expansion. As a growing print and publishing company, they needed a solid IT foundation to support their expanding operations. Their existing systems were minimal, and they had no dedicated server environment or internal connectivity that could meet the demands of their growing team. They were looking for a reliable partner to help build a scalable infrastructure that would not only support their current workload but also prepare them for future growth. Our team took a comprehensive approach to address APH’s needs. We started with the procurement of server-grade hardware, carefully selecting components that would deliver both performance and durability. Once the right equipment was in place, we moved on to server installation and configuration, setting up a secure, centralized system that could efficiently manage file storage, internal operations, and user access. From there, we built out the entire network infrastructure, including structured cabling, switch/router configurations, and reliable power management solutions to ensure uninterrupted performance.
One of the key requirements from APH was remote access for their off-site team and management. To meet this, we implemented a VPN (Virtual Private Network) setup that enabled secure and encrypted access to the server environment from anywhere. This gave their management the flexibility to work from remote locations while ensuring all sensitive company data remained fully protected.
By the end of the project, Akmal Print House was operating on a strong, well-organized IT backbone. Their team could now access and share files securely, manage their internal workflows more efficiently, and rely on a stable system that didn’t require constant troubleshooting. The VPN solution also gave them the flexibility to scale and work remotely—an essential feature for any modern business.
