Project Overview:

IT LINK was honored to collaborate with Seeds School to enhance the safety, connectivity, and communication systems across their campus. The project involved a complete setup of CCTV surveillance, network infrastructure, structured wiring, and the installation of a PABX system.

Our goal was to ensure the school is well-equipped with modern technology to support both security monitoring and smooth internal communication among administration and staff.

Scope of Work:

🎥 CCTV Surveillance System

• Installed high-definition indoor and outdoor cameras at strategic locations including entrances, corridors, classrooms, play areas, and parking zones.
• Configured a central NVR/DVR system for real-time and recorded footage management.
• Enabled remote access via secure mobile and desktop platforms for authorized personnel.
• Ensured coverage with proper viewing angles and clear night vision capabilities.

🌐 Networking Infrastructure

• Designed and installed a Local Area Network (LAN) for administration offices, staff rooms, computer labs, and classrooms.
• Provided and configured networking hardware such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Ensured fast, stable, and secure internet connectivity across the entire school campus.
• Implemented VLAN and access control to manage and protect network traffic.

🔌 Structured Wiring & Cable Management

• Laid out and connected all network, CCTV, and communication cables with high-quality materials.
• Followed a clean, organized cable management approach for safety and ease of maintenance.
• All cables were labeled, tested, and documented for future scalability.

☎️ PABX System Wiring & Installation

• Installed a modern PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) system to support internal voice communication.
• Connected extensions to multiple departments including reception, administration, faculty rooms, and principal’s office.
• Integrated features such as call forwarding, intercom, voicemail, and group paging.
• Trained staff to use the system efficiently and provided user documentation.
